O BlueBiz Parque Empresarial de Setúbal, infra-estrutura gerida pela aicep Global Parques, vai acolher em breve as novas instalações e equipamentos da Mectop – Metalomecânica de Precisão, uma empresa cuja área de actividade é vocacionada, principalmente, para a Indústria de Cunhos e Cortantes, tendo como base o fornecimento de Ferramentas de Prensa para as Indústrias Automóvel, Eléctrica e Electrónica nos mercados de Portugal, Espanha e França.
O BlueBiz viu a sua localização privilegiada e as excelentes condições infra-estruturais merecerem a escolha da Mectop para acolher as novas instalações, cuja construção é ditada pela necessidade de crescimento físico para estruturar e consolidar os meios de produção e melhorar a capacidade de resposta em relação às exigências dos Clientes.
Fundada em 2003 nas instalações do C.A.C.E. de Setúbal, a Mectop conta com uma dezena de colaboradores permanentes e tem capacidade para a construção e ensaio de Ferramentas de Prensa com dimensões até 1000 x 800 x 2400mm, detendo a Certificação ISO 9001-2000 do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade desde Janeiro de 2009.
Um dos objectivos da Mectop é passar a ser considerada um parceiro comercial dos seus Clientes e deixar de ser apenas mais um fornecedor. Por isso mesmo, a empresa pretende juntar nas novas instalações do BlueBiz, até 2011, todos os serviços actualmente subcontratados, o que representará a criação de mais oito postos de trabalho – isto para além de ter previsto, para o próximo triénio, um investimento de cerca de € 500 mil em meios de produção tecnologicamente evoluídos que permitam corresponder às crescentes exigências dos Clientes.
Segundo David Gomes, um dos Sócios-Gerentes da Mectop, “optámos por sediar a Mectop em Setúbal por entendermos que o nosso tipo de indústria está pouco desenvolvido na margem Sul e que teremos maiores possibilidades de crescimento sustentado devido à proximidade com o Parque da Autoeuropa e algumas empresas de fornecimento de sub-conjuntos para a Indústria Automóvel, Eléctrica e Electrónica”.
Quanto à opção pelo BlueBiz, ficou a dever-se, segundo o mesmo responsável, “às condições de infraestruturas do Parque, à proximidade com o Pólo Universitário, com o qual pretendemos desenvolver parcerias, e também aos novos acessos rodoviários em construção”.
Localização privilegiada
Recorde-se que o Parque BlueBiz fica situado no Vale da Rosa, uma localização privilegiada na Península de Setúbal, ocupando uma área de 56 ha totalmente infra-estruturada, com uma área comercializável de cerca de 23 ha repartidos por 8,5 ha de área coberta e 14,5 ha de área descoberta. O BlueBiz é o Parque Empresarial da Península de Setúbal que resulta das instalações da antiga fábrica da Renault e que é agora devolvido à região de Setúbal com uma forte estratégia para o seu desenvolvimento como local de excelência para a localização Industrial, Logística e de Serviços. Desde que teve início esta estratégia de desenvolvimento, o BlueBiz tem vindo a registar uma ocupação gradual iniciada com a CAT, posteriormente com a Lauak, a Vendap e mais recentemente com o Grupo Roullier.
O BlueBiz oferece instalações especializadas e à medida, colocando ao dispor das empresas industriais as infra-estruturas básicas de saneamento, electricidade, comunicações, água e prevenção de incêndios. Proporciona, ainda, infra-estruturas de apoio como salas para conferências, formação e eventos empresariais no seu Centro de Negócios.
Segundo Francisco Sá, Presidente da Comissão Executiva da aicep Global Parques, “a diversificação das actividades industriais presentes no BlueBiz é uma aposta da aicep Global Parques que visa o enriquecimento do tecido empresarial da Península de Setúbal.
