Signing of Investment Agreements held in Sines
On 20 January, Sines hosted the signing ceremony of the Investment Agreements between AICEP – the Portuguese Trade and Investment Agency and the companies CALB, Everbio, Lift One, Savannah Lithium, Topsoe Battery Materials and United PetFood.
Two of these flagship projects, CALB, one of China’s largest manufacturers of electric vehicle batteries, and Topsoe, the Danish company set to establish the world’s first industrial-scale production facility for lithium-ion battery components, will be located at ZILS – Sines Industrial and Logistics Zone.
aicep Global Parques was represented by its Board Members, Manuel Gaeiras and Nuno Azevedo, as well as Miguel Borralho, Director of ZILS, and Anabela Raposo, Business Director, reaffirming its commitment to attracting strategic investment and promoting the sustainable development of the territories where it operates, particularly in supporting the establishment and consolidation of high value-added business projects.
