Creation of the Renewable Energy Community (REC) in Sines, for the development of a collective self-consumption system for the production, consumption and sharing of renewable energy among the companies installed in ZILS

Within the scope of the energy transition – Launch of the Energia Sul brand, an area at ZILS dedicated to the production of Green Energy
2019
Within the scope of digital transition - Launch of the Sines Tech - Innovation & Data Center Hub brand, an area at ZILS dedicated to Submarine Cables Mooring Stations and Data Centers.

Rebranding of the investor’s support platform, with the launch of the Portugal Site Selection brand, aiming to enhance international visibility.

Focus on product diversification strategy with the creation of a web platform supporting the procurement of business location in Portugal and associated consultancy services to the companies.

Isabel Caldeira Cardoso
CEO (Chief Executive Officer)
Member of the Executive Committee of ESCPP – European Chemical Site Promotion Platform, the General Assembly Board of APLOG – Portuguese Logistics Association, the Strategic Council of APQuímica, and the Fiscal Council of JOÃO13 – Association for the Support and Services to People in Need.
With a degree in Economics from the Nova University of Lisbon and a postgraduate degree in Retail Management from INDEG Business School, she hods the position of Chairman of the Executive Committee of aicep Global Parques since June 19, 2023. In 2021, she was appointed as Vice-President of the Executive Committee, and since 2018, a Board Member of aicep Global Parque. From 2007 to 2017, she was the Business Director of the company.
Previously, she worked as Sales Manager at OSRAM – Siemens group and Vileda Ibérica SA – Freudenberg group and during her undergraduate studies, she was an intern at BCG – Boston Consulting Group. She completed a Painting course at the National Society of Fine Arts, being painting her main hobby. She occasionally contributed on economic magazines with articles about business trends.
Miguel Gama
Vice-President of the Executive Committee
With a degree in Architecture from the Technical University of Lisbon, he completed Advanced Training in Public Management at INA and attended the Executive Master’s in Real Estate Management and Finance at INDEG, ISCTE.
During his career, he has carried out different professional training, including Project Management at Rumos, Advanced Training in Construction at Instituto Superior Técnico, and Facilities Management at FUNDEC.
He spent a significant part of his professional journey at the Institute of Financial Management and Equipment of Justice, starting as an architect and project manager. Subsequently, he held leadership roles as coordinator of the Planning and Monitoring Unit and as coordinator of the Studies and Projects Unit. Lastly, he was the Director of the Department of Enterprise Management.
Since 2010, he has been a lecturer, as a Guest Assistant, at the Department of Technologies of the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Lisbon. He is also the President of the Commission for Spatial Planning, Urbanism, Urban Rehabilitation, and Municipal Works of the Municipal Assembly of Lisbon and a Member of the Board of the Portuguese Association of Facility Management.
Since June 19, 2023 he has been appointed as Vice-President of the Executive Committee of aicep Global Parques, previously serving as an Executive Director since 2021.

Portal
The Quality Portal was created with the aim of improving the quality of services provided by aicep Global Parques, allowing the prompt and efficient management of non-conformities reported by the clients. Through a dedicated area on our website, our clients are able to log in with a dedicated password to report non-conformities, suggest improvements, or request a contact from any department of the company. The Quality Portal enables us to understand the steps of our business, thus ensuring just-in-time control of the interaction with our business partners. We continuously work to improve the quality of the services we provide, striving to achieve excellence of our skills.
