aicep Global Parques strengthens cooperation with Angola in the management of business parks
Between 23 and 26 February, aicep Global Parques carried out an institutional visit to Angola, represented by its CEO, Isabel Caldeira Cardoso, and its COO, Manuel Gaeiras, in the context of signing cooperation agreements and memoranda of understanding in 2025 with several Angolan entities.
The mission aimed to foster synergies and share best practices in the management of business parks, while consolidating institutional relations and identifying opportunities for collaboration in strategic areas such as industry, logistics, investment and sustainable development.
The visit was organised in partnership with AICEP Luanda and included the participation of the Ambassador of Portugal to Angola, Nuno Vaultier Mathias.
Representatives of aicep Global Parques met with Angola’s Secretary of State for Trade and Services, Augusta Flores, and the Secretary of State for Industry, Carlos Rodrigues.
As part of the working agenda, meetings and visits were also held with the ARCCLA (Angolan Regulatory Agency for Cargo Certification and Logistics), AIPEX (Private Investment and Export Promotion Agency), Barra do Dande Special Economic Zone (ZEE) and Viana Special Economic Zone. These engagements provided deeper insight into the institutional and operational framework of the Angolan business ecosystem and enabled first hand understanding of its ongoing development.
This visit strengthened aicep Global Parques’ institutional ties with Angolan entities and opened new avenues for cooperation grounded in the exchange of experience, the enhancement of expertise and the creation of joint investment and development opportunities.
