ACM reserves land at ZILS for Antimony Refinery
On 15 June, aicep Global Parques signed a land reservation agreement with ACM – Alchemy & Critical Metals, Ltd. for the installation of an antimony refinery at ZILS – Sines Industrial and Logistics Zone.
Specialising in industrial solutions for critical metals and strategic materials, ACM aims to strengthen Europe’s capacity to process essential raw materials, contributing to the security and resilience of strategic supply chains.
The project is expected to create around 150 highly skilled direct jobs and approximately 300 indirect jobs, generating a significant positive impact on the regional economy.
The choice of ZILS confirms Sines’ attractiveness for strategic industrial projects, benefiting from its logistics, energy and connectivity advantages. It also reinforces the park’s position as a prime location for investments aligned with Europe’s industrial priorities and strategic autonomy objectives.
