aicep Global Parques participated in Expo Osaka 2025 in Japan, as part of the Invest in Alentejo initiative, represented by CEO Isabel Caldeira Cardoso and CFO Nuno Azevedo. The mission aimed to position the Alentejo as a region with strong economic, business and tourism potential, targeting international investors and strategic partners across the Asia-Pacific region.
Throughout the event, investment opportunities in Sines were highlighted, with particular focus on ZILS – Sines Industrial and Logistics Zone, a large-scale infrastructure of international relevance that is emerging as a key driver of regional economic development. ZILS was presented as a strategic hub where the logistics, industrial, energy and technology sectors converge, offering exceptional conditions for sustainable, innovative and high-value-added projects.
The participation focused on value creation, innovation, and sustainability – three fundamental pillars in positioning the Alentejo as a competitive, resilient and attractive destination for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).
