Cooperation Protocol signed between aicep Global Parques and ZEE Luanda-Bengo
On 2 May, in Lisbon, aicep Global Parques and the Luanda-Bengo Special Economic Zone (ZEE Luanda-Bengo) signed a Cooperation Protocol, reinforcing their joint commitment to the creation and development of high-quality business locations.
This agreement is part of a shared mission to foster synergies with public and private partners, promoting investment, innovation, and capacity building within their respective business ecosystems.
The Protocol aims to strengthen industrial parks in Angola, creating better investment conditions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and encouraging the adoption of shared-value business models, the establishment of strategic partnerships, and the development of skills and innovative solutions, in line with the competences of both entities.
The agreement was formally signed by the Chairman of the Board, Manuel Francisco Pedro, and the Executive Director, Adriano Celso Borja, representing ZEE Luanda-Bengo, and by the CEO, Isabel Caldeira Cardoso, and the Executive Director, Manuel Gaeiras, representing aicep Global Parques.
The ceremony was also attended by João Traça and Maria José Melo, representatives of the Luso-Angolan Chamber of Commerce, and João Falardo, Delegate of AICEP – Trade & Investment Agency of Portugal in Angola.
