aicep Global Parques follows FDI trends at the Site Selectors Guild European Conference
Represented by its CEO, Isabel Caldeira Cardoso, aicep Global Parques took part in the Site Selectors Guild European Conference 2026, held on 29 October in Riga, Latvia. The conference brought together economic development professionals and site selection consultants to discuss foreign direct investment (FDI) trends and the factors influencing business location and expansion decisions.
The event, which was also attended by AICEP as a sponsor, addressed collaboration between investment promotion agencies and site selection consultants, as well as the criteria companies consider when assessing potential locations for their investment and expansion projects.
Participation provided an opportunity to keep abreast of developments in investors’ decision-making criteria, exchange experiences with international organisations and professionals, and gain further insight into the factors shaping the attractiveness and competitiveness of business locations.
